Sure, but what do you exactly mean? The Flickr badge or your photos?
Posting the Badge:
1) Create a flickr badge in http://www.flickr.com/badge_new.gne and copy the code that is generated.
2) Insert an html element in your blogger layout and paste that code.
Just tell me if you want to know posting photos from Flickr instead.

Hi! You're welcome. I guess that's easy. You can another element to your layout, this time a Link List. From there you can add the site URLs and names, and then manage them. In your case you'll put the URL of your friends' blogs and whatever names you want to use to refer to their blogs.
